"I recently had the misfortune of getting my car serviced at TServ - The greater noida Automobiles , and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience. The service was subpar, and the quality of parts used was unacceptable. Issues: Low-quality windshield replacement: Despite my request for an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) windshield, they installed a local, inferior-quality glass. This not only compromises safety but also affects the overall aesthetics of my vehicle. Poor workmanship: The installation was sloppy, with visible gaps and uneven sealing. Lack of transparency: The garage did not inform me about the use of local parts, and I discovered this only after inspecting the vehicle. staff: The service advisors were cooperative but the core labour was so rude altho i came 1000 km from bihar after seeing there work on instagram and they installed local parts . dont trust them"

"Really they are giving you free car wash and i visited there third time but this time they scratched ecosport car in a car wash and when i visited them to show it they simply denied really local work.. think twice before getting free service..because they can give you a hefty reapairment cost...never gonna visit for even free services also..."
